Tecumseh Products Company Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $.32 Per Share

Tecumseh Products Company (NASDAQ: TECUA)(NASDAQ: TECUB) announced today the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.32 per share payable March 30, 2001 to shareholders of record of its Class A and Class B Common Stock as of March 16, 2001.
