Tecumseh Products Company Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.32 Per Share

Tecumseh Products Company (NASDAQ: TECUA)(NASDAQ: TECUB) announced today the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share payable March 25, 2005 to shareholders of record of its Class A and Class B Common Stock as of March 11, 2005.
